If a fee, opening time, transport detail, property description or other published fact appears wrong, email us with enough detail to investigate it. Please include:
- the URL of the Mombasa Rentals page;
- the statement you believe is inaccurate;
- the correct information;
- a reliable source or first-hand context, where available; and
- whether the issue may affect a traveller immediately.
We assess correction requests against the strongest available evidence. Sending a request does not guarantee a particular change, but substantiated errors will be corrected. Read our corrections policy for the full process.
Privacy and personal-data requests
To ask what personal information we hold, request a correction or deletion, object to processing, or raise a privacy concern, email the same address with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
What we cannot handle
Mombasa Rentals does not take hotel or activity bookings, process payments, change reservations or issue partner refunds. Contact the hotel, activity operator or booking platform shown on your confirmation for help with an existing reservation.
This email is not an emergency service. Travellers who need urgent police, medical, consular or transport assistance should contact the appropriate local authority or service provider directly.
