Mombasa Rentals is a travel-information website operated by NLS Safaris in Nairobi, Kenya. It publishes independent guides about the Kenyan coast. References to “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms refer to the website operator.

By using the website, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not continue using the website. You must use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with another visitor or the operation of the site.
Travel information is not a guarantee
We aim to publish useful and well-supported information, but travel conditions change. Prices, opening hours, transport schedules, entry requirements, weather, sea conditions, safety circumstances, availability and supplier policies may change without notice.
Verify important information with the responsible authority or supplier before travelling or paying. You remain responsible for evaluating your itinerary, documents, insurance, health needs, personal safety, budget and suitability for an activity.
No professional advice

No direct booking or payment service
Mombasa Rentals does not take hotel or activity reservations, issue tickets, process traveller payments or hold booking funds. When you follow a link and transact with Booking.com, Viator, a hotel, a tour operator or another provider, your contract is with that provider. Its price, terms, privacy practices, cancellation policy and customer-support process apply.
